I can't seem to find anything in the settings that says analyse multiple tracks either, just wondered if there is any reason why it's doing multiple on PC yet not on laptop

A few things to check;
Go into settings (in Rekordbox) in the Analysis tab and look at the bottom of the window and be sure "Performance" is ticked in the "Analysis" section. If "Normal" is ticked, the software will only analyse 1 file at a time I think.
You did not indicate which CPU you have in your laptop but is it possible you have a CPU with only 1 core?
