XDJ-R1 Dual Voltage

How would I specify the "type" I want to buy when placing an order through a retailer? I travel between countries that use 110 and 220. I would prefer to purchase a model I don't have to buy a power converter for.

Thanks.

You wouldn't be able to specify that information, chances are most retailers wouldn't even know. It would be that the "type" is shipped to them based on the region they are in.

The information I have says they're all supposed to be multi-voltage, but I've sent an email off to get clarification.

None of the user manuals from the Pioneer DJ XDJ-R1 Downloads page give any kind of voltage specification. I had to google the service manual just to find this. I don't want to buy one and then find out it's a version that can only be used only on 110 or only on 220.

No, the user manuals wouldn't reference that information. I'll have an answer once the product teams in Japan are in the office, so it may be a day or two to get a reply back to you.
