You may be wanting to do it by ear, but let's just establish if things are working properly first -- do the BPMs on the two songs match?

Problem with beatmatching
My setup is an ipad with the wedj app and the ddj-wego3 controller. When I beatmatch by ear after about 5 seconds the tracks become unsynchronized again.
Any help?

the bpms of two songs match. Even if I use the sync button (and not do it by ear) I get the same problem. The 2 songs lose the sync after a few seconds.
This happens with ipad app WeDJ and DDJ WeGO3.
When I use the pc with the DDJ-SB2 controller and recordbox and mix I don't get the same problem.

You're comparing apples to oranges; WeDJ is not rekordbox, and the WeGO3 isn't the SB2.
I would check to see if the beat grid that WeDJ applied to the song(s) in question are accurate.
