LOST LICENSE KEY
Hello, I bought DDJ-RB and I had a license on the paper from you in the box that came, but before I was able to register I used a trial version for a month because I did not know if the license is valid for an account or computer I did not have my personal computer yet.
Today I wanted to register and found out that my mother threw the paper into the basket because she did not know what it was like.
Is there a way to find the code?
I have the serial number of my DDJ-RB.
If so, my friend serial code used in his account, could you find out the serial code, according to his account?

Tengo un problema similar, hace ya dos semanas que hice una consulta y no me responden, mi problema es el siguiente:
Compré una 250 mk2, viene con licencias Rekordbox Dj y Dvs, Activé la de rekord pero no la dvs que quiero activar ahora, como lo soluciono?

@Rafa > If you didn't activate it and lost the card, I'm not sure if it will be replaced. You can file an inquiry ticket here, but again, I'm not sure if they will provide a replacement.

tengo una rb ..... y quisiera la versión de prueba de rekorbox dj ... instalar pero cuando trato de entrar me dice error en la contraseña o en el correo ..... y todo esta bien..ayuda x favor
