Rekordbox DVS DJM 250 MK2 Output Issue (recognized but not the turntable)

Hi,

I got a Macbook with macOS High Sierra (10.13.2), just bought a DJM 250-MK2 and an Audio Technica ATLP turntable.

I got issues with Rekordbox DVS. When I connect the mixer to my laptop, everything seems to work fine, it is recognized, however when I go to Output settings, I see nothing, just : 'selected audio device does not have utility setting'. Then when I look up to DVS menu and start my turntable, nothing is detected, no circle appears.

I tested it with a friend's laptop (Sierra) who's got the same software version of Rekordbox and DVS option. It worked fine. I guess there is an issue with the audio setup because of High Sierra. Please someone tell me how to fix it ?

When you installed the drivers, did you allow them through the OS security?

And re: DVS, you may need to allow rekordbox access to the Mic through System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Mic on the left, then tick the box beside rekordbox on the right.

Anthony,

Did you select the proper inputs for Timecode (Phono) on the DJM-250MK2 Setting Utility?
