DJS-TSP Project Creator - editing track details

Using the Project Creator software on a Mac, is it possible to edit details for tracks/pads, such as color or instrument?  Or can you set a track to loop or Master Tempo from the software?  I'm working on a USB, then physically removing it from the Mac and plugging it into a DJS-1000.  Maybe the Project Creator can and I'm missing it but it would be great to have more access to seemingly simple features like these, as they can get tedious to edit on the DJS side.

In an alternate universe where everything is exactly the same as our universe EXCEPT that the person/team responsible for the interface software used for the RMX-1000 (REMIXBOX) also developed the interface software used for the DJS-1000 (DJS-TSP Project Creator), the answer to all your questions would probably be yes.

In the universe we live in, the answer is mostly no.

I'm sure AlphaTheta has their reasons, but a piece of software such as you described would have been (and still could be) the PERFECT opportunity to create a public API and/or make available tools such that an open source solution could be created.

no doubt such a move on AlphaTheta's part would enhance the creative potential of music and enable a world filled with joy.

Seriously.  I recently bought a used NI Maschine MK3 to mess around with.  That's got great hardware-software integration and a speedy workflow but the Maschine software itself is wonky (loops don't really loop without "latch" mode - what is this?).  I use the DJS alongside DJing vinyl so looping modes and various tempo tools have me appreciating the DJS even more - it's seriously unique to the other samplers and drum machines out there.

But on the Pioneer side, the software is the biggest struggle.  Seeing how quickly I can scan samples and build kits with Maschine has me asking why Pioneer's software can't be more feature-rich.  I drag clips from Maschine into Project Creator and I use the ADSR app also but I wish the Project Creator was more fun to use.
