Non Nexus CDJ2000 Loops slipping out of time

I have a pair of original 2009 CDJ2000s, on the latest firmware. Whenever a loop is activated via the instant 4 beat loop button or manually (quantize enabled), it will slip out of time no matter what. I have tested this with an identical track on the other deck and a metronome. I've seen some posts about this being an issue on the nxs model, but this is very much a problem and should be addressed ASAP.

Sorry, unless the problem is the beatgrid on the song itself, there will be no updates to address any issues with the original CDJ-2000 as it was discontinued 10 years ago.

Hi, Sorry you feel that way.
There are no issues with my beatgrids at all, and the issue persists with both players on the newest firmware (4.33). Second, I'd like to talk about the absolutely unacceptable tone of your reply, that is absolutely no way to address a customer who paid many thousands of dollars for your product. Pioneer as a company has a responsibility to serve your customers, especially when selling insanely overpriced equipment. Even Apple of all anti-consumer companies provides better support for their products than Pioneer does, even while Pioneer charges multitudes as much money. Your company's blatant anti-consumer tactics have forced thousands of people over to Denon, and I am certainly one of them.

I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with the provided response, but you're asking that a fix be issued for a product that was released in 2009 and discontinued in 2012. Unfortunately that's not going to happen as that product is long since archived and there aren't even any updates for the two other CDJ-2000 models that succeeded it.

This has nothing to do with how much you paid for the gear - we appreciate you as a customer, but I'm sorry, your expectation of an update to fix a problem this many years later is a bit unreasonable.
