BEAT JUMP problem

I was playing on serato, but no I'm using CDJ-3000 and rekordbox. One thing turns me off. Why I can't move beat jump back before the start of the track - 0:00 position (not for example -30 secounds)? In serato i can play track from the start and then goes back in to virtual quiet before the 0:00. The program is moving the track and when its reach the beat jump size track starts to play perfect synchroniset with the secound track. On CDJ it is posible only if you have a lot of empty space before th first cue point. In other way the move back of beat jump is not to his place in time. The jump is to the 0:00 position. Is it difficult to repair this problem?
