I'm sorry to hear about that - the issue is not just a problem with the LED, but the mainboard or some other component, and due to global supply chain issues, we're facing challenges in obtaining not only the mainboard itself, but the components required to fabricate them, resulting in a longer than expected repair where these parts are required. You are certainly welcome to try another brand, but it's possible you'd be facing the same backlog should their product require servicing as well.
