XDJ-XZ Warranty repair, no contact with Pioneer official repair shop, waiting over two months

Hi guys,

I got small issue with left deck on XDJ-XZ. Master button LED blinking. Remedy suggested by the official Pioneer repair shop - LED to be replaced. Warranty repair takes max 3 weeks they say, but the most likely much less than that. Now over a two months after, no repair, no controller, no contact with the repair shop, no phone calls answering, no answering e-mails.One more time - Official Pioneer warranty repair shop. Time to go for Denon

I'm sorry to hear about that - the issue is not just a problem with the LED, but the mainboard or some other component, and due to global supply chain issues, we're facing challenges in obtaining not only the mainboard itself, but the components required to fabricate them, resulting in a longer than expected repair where these parts are required. You are certainly welcome to try another brand, but it's possible you'd be facing the same backlog should their product require servicing as well.
