XDJ xz box has red circle sticker next to the serial number what does it mean?

Hi I bought my xdj xz and there was a red circle sticker next to the serial number what does it mean? Plus when I open the box I couldn't find the record box license keys with it? And the knobs was like scratched Is it normal? The manufactur was in Jan 2022. Plz help

I'm not sure what a red dot would indicate, but if you're concerned about the condition of the knobs, inquire with the retailer as it may have been a returned / open-box product.

No license keys are provided, rekordbox unlocks via the hardware being connected by USB.
