DDJ-1000 MK2?

I still think the DDJ-1000 is the perfect controller with a few short comings. I'm hoping a MK2 is released soon, here is my wishlist:

-cross compatibility with rekordbox, rekordbox mobile app and serato

(it seems like all the new controllers are going this direction)

-standalone use with usb

-bluetooth connectivity

-***high quality soundcard equivalent to CDJ3000

This would be the ultimate controller IMHO. The size is absolutely perfect. I currently have an XZ and I love it but it's so big and heavy I hesitate to even use it for private events anymore. I would sell my XZ to buy a new 1000 if they upgraded a few things which I'm hoping they announce soon fingers crossed!

And what would you be willing to pay for something like that?

I don't have a price in mind whatever Pioneer decides to charge is what I would pay. I would love a premium controller the size of a DDJ 1000 with the absolute best sound card, cdj 3000 platters, that can be used standalone with usb drive, with rekordbox software or serato dj pro. I even prefer 2 channels as I still to this day have never seen one dj using a 1000, 1000SRT or XZ with all 4 channels. It seems like a waste of space and gimmicky to have all these 4 channel controllers on the market. Either way, one can dream haha

now ddj 1000 cost about 1.500 euro, and ddj 1000-srt about 1.600 euro

i will pay about 1.800/1.900 for a ddj-1000 with both rekordbox and serato

-standalone use with usb

Wouldn't that make it an XDJ instead of a DDJ? What about the XDJ-RX3? If you require audiophile level sound, then you could use a third party audio interface with DJ software.

I don't think 4 channels is gimmicky. It just depends on your mixing style, but for portability 2 channels wins.

I've tested RX3 few days ago, but I don't like jogs of 6" size, because sometimes i like doing scratch, more, i'm using 4 channel often in parties...

e.g: channel 1 & 2 my playlist, channel 3 users request and channel 4 happy birthday song .... for example....

Now I've FLX6 m in the future i will buy ddj 1000 for sure ...
