Rekordbox 6 file storage

Hi, I recently upgraded to Professional Rekordbox 6.8.8 and I seem to have double the files now. My Rekordbox library was stored in folders on Dropbox, but now it has created a new folder of all my tracks, within that original Dropbox folder. Some of my Rekordbox library is now sourced from the original location., and some from the new Rekordbox folder. When I load up my USBs with the music, it seems to draw from both locations, which takes up double the space, meaning my USBs never have enough room for the music I want to upload. Thanks!
