Rekordbox 6.6.8 and ddj 1000 going out of sync on 2 bar beat loop

I've noticed since updating to 6.6.8 quite often with tracks I've never previously had an issue with if I'm performing a mix and have a 2 bar repeat on one track the track will either start in time and by the end of the 2 bars be going out of sync or it will start out and be right by the end of the 2 bars. My only way around this was holding a 1 beat loop. This has never happened with these tracks before. I've gone back to 6.6.0 and it's fine fully uninstalled and re installed made no difference and this is with normal analysis mode.
