Logged out 4 what

Almost on a daily basis, I get logged out of my iphone or iPad rekordbox account for no apparent reason.

I do stuff on either device & then the changes get discarded because suddenly, as it so turns out, I'm logged out & library sync is turned off.

After I manually log in again, turn on library sync again, then cloud library sync starts from 1% & it takes forever to get to 100%.

I have reset all the caches but it still happens. I'm on the Creative plan. 

Why is this happening? Please help. It's driving me insane. It's a genuine barn burner.
