Reverb

1. On my new DDJ Rev-7 Controller I am unable to use my reverb and brake that is located on the left side of the deck. When I go to activate it sliding the Lock lever up or down i get a steady pulsing noise for both. Please help if possible anyone. 

2. Also why does one side of the deck play louder than the other (Possible Fix?)

3. How do i adjust the controller when using the headphones so the I can hear the song that I am trying to bring in louder than the current one playing?
