I am getting a high pitched static noise when i use RCA to connect my flx-6 controller to a PPA interface which is then connected to my Speakers. This does not happen when the audio interface is connected directly to my PC via headphone jack and my controller isnt connected. That means that the PA interface and/or speakers aren't faulty and the problem must be coming from the controller itself or its connections. I have a theory that it might be pulling too much power for it to handle the current of 2.7 amps that the interface alone runs on as the controller says it pulls 500mAmps. This theory might be wrong but I think the current difference might be causing static in the RCA cable between the controller and the audio interface.
What I've already tried:
Use a USB cable included in the box of the DDJ-FLX6 when connecting to your computer.
Test with all other USB ports, including those in the rear side, of your computer when connecting the DDJ-FLX6.
Remove all other devices, which are connected to the mixer of the portable PA system, than DDJ-FLX6 and speakers.
Connect the DDJ-FLX6 to 5/6 to 7/8 terminal of the mixer of the portable PA system.
Connect AC power outlets of your computer and the PA system directly to the power sockets on the wall without using any table taps.
Listen to the audio from the headphones connected to the DDJ-FLX6 to see if the same noise can be heard.
Check the audio outputted from BOOTH from Master of DDJ-FLX6.
Remove the portable PA system and connect the DDJ-FLX6 to other powered speakers or amp + speakers.
Remove the PA system and connect other powered speakers or amp + speakers.
Try using with other computers. (Its working fine with my Laptop but i dont wanna use it as my main device for Djing.)
