HELP - active loops not exporting!

Rekordbox version: 5.8.6

OS: 10.13.6

I set a Hot Cue to be an "active" loop within Rekordbox (I click to make the orange loop icon red) and it does not export to my USB. It is not read by my XDJ-RX2 and it is not read by CDJ-2000 Nexus decks.

"Active loop playback" is set to "On" under the Export menu in Rekordbox.

I have already searched the forum and not found answers.

Grateful for any assistance/advice, I need to use this feature for an important gig coming up.
