FLX 6 restart several times when do effects

I have an FLX6 controller and for some time now whenever I use the effects it restarts, stops and starts playing by itself.
It doesn't always happen and it doesn't happen to all intents and purposes. 
I sent it to the store where I bought it and they said that they sent it to pioneer and that the brand did not send any assistance reports and that in principle the controller would come right. 
I turned it on again with the new computer that I have a core I5 ​​with 16gb ram with updated windows 11, updated rekordbox and updated FLX firmware and as soon as I turned it on I give an effect and the FLX turns off by itself. 
It still has warranty. How can I solve?
