What version of firmware is it running? Are you loading a drive or just pressing USB?

USB Causing RX3 to freeze
I just bought my XDJ RX3 about an hour ago and as soon as I click USB it completely freezes the decks. When I press the power off they stay light up. Is there any ways I can resolve this ?

Hi ,
I'm facing same problem during my gigs with my RX3 on FW 1.13
Scenario 1:Macbook Pro usb linked to RX3 and also 2x usb's 32GB
Scenario 2: Macbook Pro usb linked to RX3 and also 1TB SSD.
I'm also using my CDJ 3000 & DJM-V10 for bigger gig's and both scenario's. has not a problem at all and no issues with devices and hardware.
Please advice and help to fix RX3 freezes.
