Have you tried calibrating the DVS signal? It could be that there's noise in your signal and it's interpreting it as code to play backwards.

DVS Issue - Song plays in reverse when needle stops tracking control vinyl
Hey,
Got a problem with rekordbox 6, which im using with a DJM 750mk ii.
When the needle is lifted from the record, or the platter stops spinning, instead of the music stopping, it will start playing in reverse. RCA L+R inputs are connected correctly. Thanks :)
