Loading songs from tidal disables key sync

Hi,
when I enable key sync while using mp3/wav the key sync stays activated even if I load a new song into the other deck.

But when I load a track from tidal to a deck the key sync gets deactivated and I have to manually enable it again every time. That's pretty annoying.

Is there any fix available?
