Rekordbox Professional Plan & Mac OS 12.6.3 - Cannot access Cloud files

Hi there!

I've updated my macOS to 12.6.3 and now I cannot access my online only files directly from rekordbox as I used to. The songs do not load onto the decks unless I move them to the local storage first. I used to be able to load any file on my collection, even if it was not stored locally, but now I cannot. I have a large library and cannot keep every single file local, nor do i want to. How can I make it work again?

Sorry, this is a known issue on the Dropbox end (see this article for info), but the good news is the rekordbox 6.6.9 update released today allows for direct API access of the Dropbox content meaning that will no longer be an issue. Please give that a try.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've updated the software also for the new version but still it is not working. Don't know if it makes any difference, but my specs are:

M1 Macbook Pro 8cpu8gpu

16 GB RAM

macOS 12.6.3

 

Rekordbox v. 6.6.9
Dropbox v. 166.3.2891

Yes, is also not working for me with 6.6.9. Also I now get a "Failed to copy music files. Please try later" error when trying to enable Collection Auto Upload from My Page.
