xdj-xz Selector Knob Malfunction (3rd time)

I've had the XZ since June of 2021. This is the 3rd time I've had to have it sent in on a warranty claim for the Selector Knob malfunctioning (registers multiple turns on one turn, jumps all over the place in a list of songs etc...basically becomes unusable).

I use it roughly 25-30 hours a week.

I owned the CDJ2000NXS for 10 years and never had an issue with the selector knob. Whatever board is used in the XZ for controlling the knob, it does NOT hold up over long-term usage. It's almost to the month that it starts to become defective (3rd time in a row that it dies after about 8-10 months)

Just throwing this out there in case a MK2 or V2 is in the works. This would be my major complaint with an otherwise amazing unit. That and not being able to scroll on the screen like you can on the CDJ3000s. This would also alleviate pressure/usage on the selector knob.

Any questions or any other way I can get this issue to the devs would be appreciated. Below is the only other thread I've seen on the issue.
