Correction - the XDJ-XZ does not unlock the creative plan; it unlocks the free hardware unlock mode. Creative plan is a separate purchase, sorry.

Rekordbox Video unlock XDJ XZ
According to Pioneer and Rekordbox, the XDJ XZ should allow access to rekordbox video as it is part of the unlocked creative plan, however when I enable video, it says I don't have the plan while having my XZ connected. Do I have to buy a separate plan when my board already unlocks it? Is there a possible connection issue/ firmware issue I don't know about?
I keep my laptop around specifically for video.
