my DDJ-RX has some problems with the jogwheel

already using the rekordbox and the firmware up to date

When i put my finger on the top of the jog without spinning, it works fine, the track pauses.

But when I slowly spin the jog, it loses control for about 1s every 1s, whenever the track is playing or not.

The same situation appears when rapidly scratching.

I know the ddjrx have already stop production.

I'll be grateful if pioneer can help me solve the problem.
