Recordbox not analysing tracks

So I found this problem multiple times dating back to 2016. Now its 2023 (yes, I'm running the most recent version 6.6.10) and I still have hickups with analysing tracks - every time I'm importing new tracks it stays stuck at 0%. I dis-/and re-enabled the internet connection but it doesn't seem to work for me. Sometimes Recordbox even freezes and I have to close it with the task manager (it freezes every time i try to reload a tag of a track).

Quite small, 630 Tracks to be exact. But there shouldn't be a limit either or is there?

I just found out that it works if I analyse the tracks with 6.6.9... Seems like it makes sense to keep older versions of this buggy software. 6.6.9 also doesn't crash instantly if I want to reload tags. 6.6.9 also doesn't crash if I want to ad a tag to "My Tag".

I'm using 6.6.10 and so far so good. 
6.6.9 gave me trouble using songs mixed with serato.

I'll run some tests and see if crashes.

Also, have you seen Event Viewer to see any detailed erros?

Using Windows, you can type

windows key + R , and run eventvwr.msc

You can than go to Windows Logs -> Applications at the list on the left, just like the screenshot here. I use it in portuguese (brasil) but you'll be sure to find there.


Keep looking for erros (red sign) envolving RekordBox app.
