Cloud library sync is stuck with old username
Last June I changed my pioneer account to start a fresh library / cloud sync. I just realized that now any of my authenticated USB sticks are stuck using the old account name.
I've changed it in mypage and everywhere else months ago, but no matter how I de-auth and re-auth any of my usb sticks they all pull the OLD account name (which oddly enough still has 58 tracks sync'd).
Anyone ever see something like this?

Yessir. 2 of the 3 drives that it is occurring on weren't purchased until 6 months AFTER the change in Pioneer account. They were purchased the last week of Dec for a gig. Account change occurred in June of 2022.
Have you tried changing the profile name on the account page?
Did a test per your suggestion. I changed the profile name. De-authorized a USB stick, re-authorized it. Tried cloud direct play - New profile name shows up - same status 38 tracks, 51 playlists. (typo in original post - should be 38 tracks). RB on computer shows 13,263 sync'd.
Okay, so the name has changed but the other songs are uploaded to the cloud (white cloud icon), just not available for playback from Cloud Direct play?
Correct. Per Rekbordbox - I should have 13,263 tracks uploaded to the cloud. However, there are only 38 available for use via cloud direct play.
