What are you connecting the output to? Is it a home theatre amplifier?

Djm-s5 Delay from headphones and audio out making mixing impossible..
I just purchased the s5 and i noticed a slit sec delay between the headphone and the audio out.. i reconnected my traktor z2 to make sure i was experiencing what i was experiencing then i tried all my computers and they all did the exact same thing! im very disappointed in pioneer and the support team because they dont seem to know anything about the this huge issue, it seems to me that when they tested the s5's before sale they didn't use a mixing dj to test.. i believe its a firmware thing... the s9 works perfectly my z2 also my ddj 1000 works perfectly..

No. It is connected directly to my monitors when in my home studio and directly to the clubs monitors and the main club outs when playing out.. this is my 3rd time trying to get a solution for this problem. iv sent my computers info iv sent pics of my setup and i've done everything pioneer/ you guys say do and nothing works.. i have friends with the same mixer and they have dealt the same issue and return them, iv used the s7 and s9 and they work flawlessly and also other mixers in the same environment and they all have no issues.. please help iv lost income over this... as it stands i have $800+ paperweight...
