loosing gigs because of licenses deactivation problem tickets #409178 and #409988


a couple of days ago i opened the ticket #409178 asking for help with the deactivation of my rekordbox and dvs licenses on older computers that don't work anymore. as I got no answer on this ticket, I opened another one with a more detailed description of the situation, giving all the necessary information about this case: ticket #409988. 

Does anyone know how long does the support team take to answer this kind of inquiry? i am already in trouble cause just lost my weekly gigs...
