DDJ-200 headphone volume is controlled by sliders

Hi,

Since half a year I am mixing with the DDJ-200 and from one day to another issues started showing up.

1. When I press the cue button (with volume slider all the way down) it played the track on full volume to the speakers. --> Was fixed by switching up some outputs.

2. Main Issue will be explained through a scenario:

Let's say you are playing Song A on deck 1. One issue is that when the volume slider of deck 1 is all the way up my headphones are playing song A on full volume in my headphones, WITHOUT the cue button being activated. This is very irritating because it is almost impossible to listen to Track B on headphones in order to mix it in.

After some research I did not find anybody with a simiar issue but I hope this can be fixed.

Sincerely,
TJ

The DDJ itself has no audio device, so the output depends entirely on another audio interface and whether it's configured for multiple outputs (discrete out for master / headphones), or a split output (left audio master, right audio headphones). If the configuration has changed either on the device or in the rekordbox audio settings, that could affect the output. Likewise, if you're using a PC, the audio enhancements or spatial effects may be causing signal crossover between channels. Please check those as well.
