I know that this type of light fixture is it already into the Rekordbox light database but at the section where it shows the function for motor Rekordbox sais ''Motor position''
Is that mean that the motor speed or motor rotation speed can be ajusted too ?

We cannot know for sure. This is what we have in the manual:
As you can see, no speed is mentioned for this channel, just the direction.
Sometimes, the manuals are not clear so we cannot be certain about the functionality.
