Usb track select

Hi everyone, It's been 2 times that different customers encounter a problem with their usb key with a cdj 2000nxs2. When selecting a song with the rotary push button, two double arrows appear above and below the song but impossible to select it. I specify that when this same usb key is used on another cdj. It works without problems. Do you have a solution?
