I am reaching out to report an issue I have been experiencing with your Rekordbox software. I would like to point out that the artificial intelligence (AI) feature that separates songs into acapella and instrumental seems to have performance deficiencies.
I have noticed that when using this function with everything in listening mode, strange and noticeable noises are generated. The noise appears to be a result of the AI trying to separate the tracks. Additionally, the separation process is quite slow and causes various issues.
I am concerned that this problem persists despite having high-performance equipment, including an i9 11980HK processor, 32 GB of RAM, as well as a tower computer and another laptop, both with latest-generation i7 processors. It is not normal to experience sound dropouts and other issues with equipment of these specifications.
I kindly request that you investigate and address these issues in Rekordbox, as each update seems to introduce more bugs and negatively impact the software's performance. As a user, I expect to enjoy a smooth, error-free experience when using Rekordbox on my devices.

I would like to emphasize that I am a Rekordbox Cloud user and subscribe to the most expensive plan, yet I continue to experience performance issues with the software. When the program is running for several hours, sometimes loading a song causes it to freeze, forcing me to restart my computer. Additionally, when closing Rekordbox, it sometimes remains running in the background, preventing me from relaunching it without restarting my computer or forcibly closing it.
The new AI track separation feature also presents problems. When loading a song, I constantly hear annoying audio dropouts due to the AI's analysis of the tracks. This occurs despite my CPU usage not exceeding 30%. Similarly, with the video function, my NVIDIA 3060 Ti GPU usage never reaches 20%. I am baffled as to why the software is so limited when my equipment is more than capable of handling it.
I would like to reiterate that I use my laptop exclusively for Rekordbox, and there are no other factors affecting its performance. Moreover, I experience these issues across all three of my Windows computers. I kindly request that you investigate and address these performance issues to ensure that users like myself can fully benefit from the capabilities of Rekordbox and our powerful hardware.
