Please Help. Trying to Sync XDJ-XZ with DJM-2000 Nexus & CDJ-200 Nexus

I am trying to sync two setups together. We have gotten very close and tried many different methods but sadly, no go. Here is the equipment:

Setup 1: XDJ-XZ

Setup 2: DJM-2000 Nexus and 4 X CDJ-2000 Nexus

We have tried plugging everything into the DJM via ethernet and have the mixer as the master, but the XDJ-XZ won't connect. We tried both ethernet into the computer port on the DJM and one of the channels but no go.

We also tried having everything going into a computer via USB and using Rekord Box and it looks like as soon as we plugged in a second USB the software would completely freak out and not work. This was the same when we plugged in the DJM first, or the CDJ's first of the XDJ. All of them would work when plugged in first, but the second USB plug-in wouldn't. 

We also tried having the XDJ plugged into the computer running Rekord Box via USB and then the DJM into the computer via Ethernet, and all was a no-go.

Any help would be much appreciated. I know they can talk to each other as we have access the USB on the XDJ via the CDJ's so surely this is possible.
