xdj rx3 repair problem

Last year I wrote about a problem related to the operation of port 2 in xdj rx3.
There were suggestions for an update that had absolutely nothing to improve the performance of the hardware.
Since January, the console has been in the service, which decided that the entire motherboard needs to be replaced.
To this day, the part is not sent and Pioneer Poland ( DSV Bokuniewicz Jankowski SP.J) does not want to do anything about it.
Their only proposition is a refund (where the equipment no longer costs as much as it does now).
I want to exchange for a new device, but there is no such possibility ...
Is this how Pioneer's approach to customers is supposed to look like?
