You need to update the Mac and also Rekordbox.
You need at least the Rekordbox version 6.6.11

Opus quad not reading rekordbox
Hi My new opus quad is not recognising rekordbox from my laptop
I have a macbook Pro 2014 with Mojave OS and recordbox 6.4
Is the problem because of my old OS or I am missing something here? Please help
