new FLX4 not conneting to my PC WIN 11 latest update

under setting options i don't see Audio : FLX4 i only see realtek downloaded update nothing helped i used it in 2 different WIN 10 and 11

i use USB B to USB-C cable

brand new what's going on and the company didn't gave me warranty ! i was like are you for real or kidding! i need fix ASAP!
