Hi, I'm unsure if its the decks or the software but on the left deck its not allowing me to use the platter to move through the track unless I've pressed play/pause first . Right deck is working as normal, the moment i load a track in i can move it around. Only happening on the left so unsure if turned a setting on or pressed a button that I shouldn't have.
Any help would be amazing :)

That sounds like normal behavior to me if the left side jog is set to CDJ mode.

Sorted!!! Thank you for that, its a button I've never touched so absolutely baffled me that it was only happening on one side of the decks, specially as it started doing it just before the first dance at a wedding lol.. Sorted now! thanks again!
