DDJ SX3 - Play/pause button stops when scratching on jog wheels

So frustrated with Pioneer DDJ SX3 thinking about never buying a Pioneer ever again. My controller has a dot beside the serial number however overtime i scratch on the jog wheels the track stops playing and i cannot start the track again the play button doesnt work. have to shut down the controller and start again and the same problem happens again once i try using the jog wheels. It happens on both channels. Using MacBook Pro with most recent Serato Pro software. Already tried to update the firmware on the controller, changed the sensitivity on the jog wheels. Its definetly a problem in the controller and this needs to be resolved. People are trying to work DJ and having this happen during a SET is unacceptable. I want the President of Pioneer email I am writing a letter and I want the newest controller that works. This has given me so much stress. The last thing i want to worry about is the controller not working as it should. Paid allot of money for a massive paper weight cause thats all its good for if it doesn't do what its meant to. Obviously there have been issues with this controller wish i had done my research before trusting Pioneer brand never again. Looking at the forum even if its repaired seems like they continue to have issues. I would sell the thing but i dont want to give the next guy the same problem this is Pioneer problem and needs to be resolved. Pioneer should recall al the units and give everyone a new unit that actually works like it states.
