how to stop the midi lfo on a djm900 nexus?

I was testing midi lfo yesterday, used it, mapped it, was working correctly, changed shapes but simply cant close it in a proper way?

why i cant simply open/close it from effect on/off button? is the only way to stop it is to go through all shapes until it get OFF?
