What are your monitor speakers and how do you have them connected to the mixer?

Need Help with my DJM 400
I got this Mixer about a year ago and was working perfectly until just a lil while ago the music that comes to the headphones is delayed from my monitor speakers and it quite annoying is there something i did to make it happen or is there anything i can do to fix it ?
