@Alex > Given the amount of questions we had on this very subject prior to BPM last October I asked some of the DJs there what they thought of the crossfader. While not all of them were able to compare to the TTM or the Innofader, they were scratch DJs and found it very robust and responsive. Here's the Pioneer spiel: "Our new channel faders are smoother and more durable than ever before, thanks to 2 metal shafts supporting the fader knobs. The fader is positioned to the side, minimizing damage from liquid or dust that can get inside. The DJM-T1 crossfader has an exclusive Pioneer magnetic construction that provides extreme durability, and can be used more than 10 million times, while Pioneer P-LOCK Fader Caps are impossible to pull off in the heat of a mix."
DJM - T1 Crossfader
I'm a scratch dj, I used for long time Rane mixer..now for me is time to jump in Traktor world.
I have a very important question (as the mixer is not so easy to test in a shop)
Crossfader of T1 is good enough for scratch like Rane or innofader?
Really thank you for your honest reply!

The crossfader is great! I used to have an Innofader and yes, I think, the DJM T1 is very similar to it. That's for the crossfader. The linefaders...you can forget them :(
