@Epiphenomenon > Your best bet would be to contact technical support on the right and they can point you in the right direction for purchasing parts or finding the closest repair centre to you. Given that you don't use the crossfader much, I would just go for a stock repair.

FollowDJM-700 Crossfader Leakage
Hi everyone,
If I have two tracks playing, piped to channels A and B, the crossfader works as expected when slid to the right (i.e. to B only) - just channel B plays. Whenever I slide it to A, both channels play; the exact same thing happens if I switch the channels (i.e. track 1 is now piped to channel B and vice versa).
I'm assuming that this is a sign that my crossfader is starting to go (strange, because I'm DJ primarily trance, house, and club and rarely use it). I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem and could recommend a fix. If I'm correct and I need a new one, is there any place in particular I should purchase from? Several older posts mentioned getting an Innofader; while it is a great crossfader, I don't scratch and wouldn't use it to it's full capacity. Looks like there are several Pioneer parts dealers that I could grab one from unless people have other ideas.
Thanks!
