I've just purchased my new djm 900 nexus and id like to find out how to synch both my cdj 2000's pitch to follow the effect on my djm 900, On my first cdj i've tried adding a transform effect from my djm 900 but when i move the second cdj pitch its not synchronized. I've tried clicking the quantize button on the djm but it doesn't work.
I have both CDJs and the DJM linked to a hub and updated to the latest firmware.

If you have the players linked properly (with the player numbers assigned the same as the channel on the mixer they are assigned to), and your CDJs, DJM and tracks all have quantization enabled (the tracks through rekordbox), only then can you assign the effect to the correct channel and have the effect BPM follow that of the audio.

Now when you say the numbers assigned to the correct channels, Do you mean from the driver software or the utility of the cdj ?
I've checked my settings for the cdjs and i have the first deck (player1) and the second deck (player2)
Also all my tracks have been quantized via Rekordbox
