Issue in connecting DJM 900 to PC (Windows 7) thru CAT 6 Cable

Hello Experts,

I am a new member of this forum and could not find any thread similar to the subject of this thread.

While trying to connect my newly bought DJM900 mixer to my Laptop (Windows 7) thru CAT 6 cable (Ethernet Ports) for the firmware updation, I am unable to connect mixer to PC, as the network icon shows 'No network access'.

Details below

1. Followed every steps of update manual.

2. Firewall is turned off and wifi as well.

3. The Port at the laptop is lit (yellow + orange light) while ethernet port at the mixer shows no lights. 

Kindly advise.
