DJM-900 Send/Return Problem!

Hey guys,

While using my send and return on my DJM-900 sometimes if i touch my levels/depth knob it will shut off the send and return completely. and what I noticed is that when I touch the levels depth knob, the sound sometimes go out and and come back in. any ideas why? or any fixes?
