maybe it follows the "Booth out" settings? Try turning mic off for the booth out in the 900 settings and see if that works for usb for some reason

[CLOSED] DJM900NXS - Record all except Mic
Hi,
Is there a way with the DJM900NXS to record (via USB to the computer) the sound but NOT the microphone input? So the master out (or crossfader A+B) minus microphone? Or just channels 2+3 for example, so no mic.
From the options I can see i dont believe it's possible, but hope im wrong.

Already turned off mate (had problems with feedback for the DJ previously). So unfortunately this doesn't work - microphone is still recorded for "rec out".

Sorry, this is by design and can't be changed through the firmware or software update.
