Replacing/Repairing channel fader(s) DJM 350

I've been having some issues with loss of sound on channel 2. Thought it may be dust/dirt. Had a good clean out but not resolved. I noticed that the channel faders are soldered on to the same pcb rather than separate units as I've been accustomed to with other models. Does that mean that I have to replace the whole pcb with both new faders on or is there a simple way of just replacing the faulty fader. There was not much on line that I could find to help me.

Where is best to buy from (UK) and are they easy to change myself? (are there any videos to show?)
