djm t1 and turntable issue

Hello, i have a djm t1 and a turntable reloop with original vinyls, not timecode.

I connected the turntable on mixer channel 1 with phono button on,  and mixer channel 2 set on USB in order to user traktor deck B.   I would like to switch to deck A sometimes in order to have totally 3 decks ( turntable with original vinyls, traktor deck a and traktor deck b) but when i switch to USB the channel 1 , the mixer doesnt answer anymore, all the software buttons dont work and i have to restart the mixer.
