FollowCan't get Logic X to recognise DJM 2000 as an Output Device
Hi all,
I hope someone can help me as this is driving me mad!
I have a MacBook and an iMac and run Logic X on both. MacBook OS is Mavericks. iMac is Yosemite.
When I attach a USB from my Pioneer DJM 2000 to my MacBook, it correctly recognises the audio driver and asks me if I want to use it. When I say yes, it automatically creates (DJM-2000 output) as an output device and off we go - everything works and sound comes out of my monitors which are linked to my DJM 2000.
However, when I attach the USB from my DJM 2000 to my iMac, it recognises the audio device, but when i say yes to using it, it creates it as an input device instead. My settings are the same on my iMac and my MacBook, but I just cannot get my iMac to recognise the DJM 2000 as an output device.
The iMac and MacBook ARE NOT connected to the DJM 2000 at the same time.
Can anyone please shed any light on this and perhaps come up with some suggestions?
With thanks in advance for your help.
Scott.
